    So nag-direct payment ko sa akong FAMI og PAMI.
    So far, OK man, well accounted man ako funds.

    actually nkadawat kog confirmation sa redemption pero katong initial investment ra pero ang katong additional kay wala. den wala sai confirmation or statement na nadawat sa FAMI ang k2ng additional.
    Ang katong naredeem na fund kay ila man gipadala sa office sa IMG makati, nya nag sige kog follow up sa katong md nga nagprocess na icontak ang makati office, wala jui progress. hapit na mo 1 year gkan pag redeem naku.

    samok, hehe gibali. nweiz. basta bati kog naexperience diri sa IMG. wa ko naconvince sa speaker, ironic gani kaayo iyang mga words nga gigamit para makarecruit, plus pugson pajud ka magupstart. hehe plus si 'recruiter' kahibaw nga wala pamiy tulog kay gkan mi nagnight shift, 7pm na gud to, almost 24 hours mi wala tulog. wa jud mi gibuhian kay para sa 'future' jud lagi ug 'financial education' if magupstart or moavail sa ilang mga churva. friendship ruined jud.

    Default Awful service (img and kaiser)

    I subscribed to both kay even if naa nakoy Caritas na fully paid na, promising sad jud ang Kaiser plans as I was convinced by IMG's head in Cebu. I even promoted the company and its products while living abroad. But due to unexpected events, I was not able to continue my Kaiser plan and now gusto na unta nko i-continue, together with someone who also joined the same time I did and who also stopped. I want to make the process quicker, so I contacted IMG's head in Cebu since siya man jud ang nag-convince nako hoping that she will be accomodating as she was very (accomodating) when she was still trying to make me join.

    Now, cge lang ko g-saaran ug day kanus-a ko masendan sa quote for reinstatement. Nataagan nako sa quote after almost a month of waiting beyond the promised date, and now, g-saaran nasad kog adlaw kung kanus-a ma-email ang dox and as expected, nilapas nalang sad ang adlaw but wala ghapon until now.

    The first trail of waiting for my quote, I sent an email to Kaiser re: my query and to complain as well sa bad after service sa IMG, not to mention na ang head pa jud. But a month had passed already and until now wala jud intawn reply ang Kaiser. I am very disappointed, annoyed, and nawagtangan nasad kog balik ug trust sa Philippines' customer handling/management, kay incomparable jud kaayo from my experience abroad. Dili sila magdagan sa customers like they do sa Pilipinas, but once you decide to be a member, priority jud ka. Nindot jud unta nga naay pre and post sales service, but you can never have everything. Therefore, I'd rather have the latter kay sa IMG and Kaiser, na-member na unta ka, gpasagdahan na nuon. Mao nang dili jud ta ka blame if people from other countries (Filipino or not) kay walay salig sa Philippines' services in general because of lack or no proper customer support from IMG and Kaiser, for example. These companies make our country look even more bad, which are trying to sell their services/products abroad.

    hala, so unsaon man tong napundo na nimo? are u planning to take it back or to continue? murag dugay pa pd kaayo maclaim ang Kaiser gud, mao wa nlng ko nidayon pud. nice baya unta.
