the church do charities because the church believes that it is the right thing to do pero its different when you let the church assume the responsibilities of the state..
in the first place..the people does not pay their taxes to the Church..
even the parishioners are not required to give a certain amount to support the church's charity programs..maski piso, singko or even wala..ayos ra..
