I think it's not based on gender but on the individual's personality. Naa man mga lalake na mo-invest ug mas dako na gugma in a relationship, and there are ladies who do the same. It's really up to the person's ability to be open with his/her feelings. After all, the more you love, the more vulnerable you become.
