Avoid Globe at all costs!
1. Connection is not reliable.
2. Re-connection manually is free, but charges PHP300.00 through CSR.
3. Slow re-connection process.
4. Teleprompter lied.
Never had this problem with PLDT before. Time to switch ISP.
Having a hard time right now reconnecting through 211.
They don't even check their community billboard and their employees don't even know what they're talking about.
