the circumferential road is suppose to be the solution but like the politics of your, if the idea didn't originate from the present administration, then present administration will not be remembered for it.

It's always about survival and that is what makes politics so stupid in the philippines

In terms of traffic, wala man gud disiplina kaayo ang mga motorista.
Naay uban iyahay lng jud paugat ba.

Sa uban, like our neighboring SEA countries like singapore, malaysia and the likes, even Asian countries. Wala jud problem ang traffice, why? because nag subay sila sa rules, ang uban disiplinado, ug nag value sila sa time and energy.
They have trains and buses and even people who do have their own private card will ride either of the two when going to work.

Dili pareho diri ba nga basta kay naay sakyanan, hala gamiton.

i hope naa mkabasa ani nga thread ba from the higher level of our government.

The way I see it , and based on some of the comments here , its not just one or two problems but several , ranging from poor city planning , hundreds of cars added every year , to a gazillion Public vehicles for hire so on, heck Mass transit might not even happen ... we can go on and on talking about it but without strong political and public will , nothings going to happen. Sad thing , not only in this country but most , nothings going to happen until one day we wake up and realize theres a really big problem like taking 2 hours from Capitol to Banilad, Oh! at time its close to that , make that 4 hours. When there is public outcry its too late.

it all boils down to political will a.k.a. duterte will

instead of implementing the bus transit why not revive the train transit and implement it first? way faster, no traffic and mas eco-friendly
