    Na among company basta NTE na gani bisag unsay rason nimo guilty na dayon ka. Wala man pud sila nag state kanus-a ma valid imo reason if late ka. kung late ka late jud ka then sanction dretso bisag naa kay explanation. Mora nahulog ang NTE mao nay record nimo sa 201 file nga record sa late nimo. Mahulog nga useless na pa "explain2x lab yu" nimo sa NTE nimo kay convicted man dayon ka.

    In addition to that ma reklamo ba nato sa labor if example late ko Jan -1st offense (1 day suspension) , Feb - 2nd offense (3days suspension) and Mar - 3rd offense (7days suspension) then dapat first offense pa lang naa nako suspension 1day inig February for January nako nga late and I should have a NTE why I was late and so on.

    Ang nahitabo wala na serve ako suspension the following month then wala pud ko NTE nadawat for the three months nako nga late. Ni abot ang September tungod sa ka paspas sa service sa HR nag dungan ang NTE nako for January, Feb and March with corresponding days of suspension na. Ang pangutana karon valid pa ba na nga September na gi serve ang NTE nako then suspension pud? Mora ug bahaw naman gud and to think how can they correct the performance of the employee if they themselves are not following the SMART approach sa mga employee.

    Naay sayop ang company ninyo.. kada offense naa nay cleansing period, if wala sila mu serve ug NTE dayon pila na ka buwan ni labay, mahulog na cleansed nato imo mga offense.... mura ako tan-aw ani nahitabo nimo kay gusto manangtang inyo company ug tao so para lang naa silay record mapakita ngano gi tang2x ka para ingnon na ni follow sila ug due process, ila gi ukay ang mga dugay na kaayo nimo na offense na pag jan feb march pa nya ila gi serve imo nte and sanctions bisan ug sept na... para lang ila ka ma tang2x... but since ni dawat ug ni pirma pud ka ato, pildi najud ka ana.. dapat pag serve pa lang ato imo na sila gi question ug imo na gi reklamo sa labor... lisud naka mu reklamo karon kay ni dawat man ka ato ila gi serve... just my opinion lang ha..

    mga moves na sa mga companya especially if dli pa kaayo suweto ang empleyado sa saktong process...

    GUys ako giworkan pud kay mura ra ug wala kung maglate or mag absent ilang employee, nag 1yr nko diri and wala pa jud ko kadawat ug NTE or NOC regarding tardiness bisag sige ko ug late and absent. working hrs namo kay 9am-6pm and mo duty ko kay 10am and if not 10am naa sa 9am kapin or worse adto nas 11am. Maka boring usahay ngano ing-ana ilang HR, makatapol ug samot and i feel guilty about it coz im being abusive.

    Currently 10am na jud ko magsulod mulapas pa gale...

    ^^ Somw companies are more strict than others, pero naa nasad na nimo as a person if tuyu-on jud nimo cge pa late kay abi okay raman nila.. it shows your character and work ethic pud.. lisud mag anad ka ug ingana
