Archicad is not bad according to my friend. havent used it tho.
reason i went with revit is because demand is high outside our country....

yeah i know, as well as ArchiCAD, pero lamang gyud si Revit, preferences ghapon mag daog bos hehehe

only benefit with revit is sayon ang transition to cad, 3dmax, navisworks....

yep mao sad na, ang naka nindut ni ArchiCAD 18 karn kay ang iya built in rendering engine kay Cinema 4D. BIMs are IFC compliant na.

wala namay reason nga dili mag BIM mga tao at this day and age. a lot of people have prob with the learning curve though....
