I was working in this company for less than 3 mons. Nagsugod ko last week sa August. It took 2 days after ko nahired and then start na dayon ko pag ka gabie. Wala ko nangutana sa pay because I was really happy. Since it was my first time, I got so excited. I liked the environment.

There's a lot of reason why you should not work here based on my experience:

1. You will start right away bisag imong training less than a week ra. Makastress kaayo, especially for a beginner like me.

2. GAMAY ang pay. Maski newbie ko, dili gihapon worth it ang pay. The salary daw is 12,500. Dili na xa basic. Apil na ana ang performance bonus, nga kung makaabsent ka kas a, impas ang 2500. So 10k nlng mahibilin. Nag agwanta intawn ko'g hapit usa ka buwan before nakuha akong sweldo. For example: nagstart ka ug duty July 1-14, sa July 29 pa nimu makuha imong first pay. Karon pa ko kadungog arun.

3. Mahal kaayo ang mga baligya sa ilang pantry. Pwede utangon pero naay patong.

4. Very intimidating kaayo and Manager. On my first week, I received a lot of humiliation. Dako kaayo ug tingog mangasaba. Murag dili professional. Daghan dili ganahan niya. Bully kaayo!

5. Way klaro and incentive. I was in an individual account, which is marketing. When the time came nga nag training nako for a new account, the manager asked me to stay for a week kay dili pa daw ready mubuhi ang client nako kay nakakuha ko'g customers, which I didn't know. I was thinking about the incentive, pero wa gyud musulti about it.

6. I balhin2x ka sa laing account. Maong sige ug training.

7. I don't like the director. Murag kinsa salig kay asawa sa tag iya. I can still remember her say something like, "American's work like that." There are only three valid reasons daw: your wedding, life and death situation, and your funeral!

8. I can still remember when I got really, really sick because of UTI. Ika tulo na to nako nga training for a new account. Gitakigan nako ug maayo, gi diarrhea, ug kapoy na kaayo ang lawas. Wa ko kaagwanta nihigda na gyud ko. And all they said is that, " Are you okay?" Obvious na gani kaayo, mag ask pa gyud. Way pakialam sa employee if kamatyunon na. After being absent for 3-4 days, I decided not to come back. Ni awol ko. Wa silay health insurance for those hired for less than 6 months. Mao nga imbes pa admit unta ko, wa nalang kay way insurance.

I can say it's the worst CC. Wa kay assurance.

This company posts so many benefits to get a lot of applicants. When in fact, almost all of the benefits aren't true. Kung naa man gani tinood, you can only avail it after working for 6 months or so. Saon pag avail if sa training paman gani, dghan na muback out. When I was working in this company, naka amiga ko nga tapad ra pud sa akong cubicle. Then gibalhin siya sa admin. Siya pa mismo muingon nko nga si Mis A ang mag gama2x ug butang sa mga benefits. I suwat daw free meal, maski dili tinood. Akong friend pud sugoon nga mag post of positive feedbacks, maski siya mismo dghan ug complaints. Ni awol siya kay wala gisaka iyang sweldo, kay ingon and management nga i try pa daw siya. She deserves high pay kay IT gud xa, kapoy pa gyud iyang work.. After a few weeks, ni AWOL sad ko kay nasakit. Grabe ka pressure. Labi na kanang usa nga grabe mu pressure ug employee.

Although I'm not working in a BPO now, I'm proud to say that I have a salary that is more higher than EBPO offered to me. No stress, friendly environment, and healthy lifestyle.

akong experience kay nang apply ko ug Web Dev position... unsang pagka unsaha nga pang Network Admin man ang exam nga get pa take sa ako...syimpre wa ko kapasar unsa gud tawn knowledge naku about CCNA ni reklamo ko before start exam pero engon tong attendant nga wa po'y nabaw-an nga mao jud kuno ang exam... then ge inform ko sa result almost after 1 month. PANIRA NA INTAWN MO PALIHUG LANG... hahahahahaha

90% sa ni-feeback diri gikan man sad mga tawo nga wala kapasar. discuss sad ninyo ang health benefits, vl/sl, etc para mapuslan sang ning thread.
