Well kana man gud mga developer mobaligya ug property mahal2x jud na mam mira, syempre lugi sila kung walay ginansya...

Pero kung ikaw mamalit ug 50sqm lot (wala pa madevelope) then after tukuran nimo ug balay, aw makabarato gyud ka with out the third party nga developer..

Ah 25k per sqm is highend materials.
For typical two storey I was given 15k or less per sqm.
Lot area is 200+ sqm.

mga pila kaha gasto magpahimo ug bathroom ug cr? separate ang duha, murag usa ka room bah, then butangan lang ug divider nga hollow block.

Tiles ang floor ug half sa wall, then cemento ra ang the rest, ang kisame kay plywood lang.

The materials needed i think:
PVC
PVC door
Cement
Sand
Bato
plywood/Hardiflex

hi everyone share lang ko nagpa construct ko krn ug apartment gamay ra sya na lot 74sqm pero amo jd gigamit ang tanan nga yita dn 3 storey apartment na sya dn ongoing pa ang construction ika 5th week na krn so far ok bya ang progress sa trabaho dn ako gi kwenta mas makaminus jd kong magpa inadlaw ka kaysa mag pakyaw pero kailangan naa jd mobantay sa ilang trabaho nag hire rapod ko ko foreman nga relative ra nako na makabantay. then estimated sa panday mga 3 months mahuman na ang apartment dn amo gi kwenta2x 1.5M-1.8M completo na ang apartment apil nana labor sa trabahante. not bad at all..maau sad ang panday nga amo gikuha and silingan rapod namo well known na kaau siya na maau mohimo ug apartment nya paspas ug trabaho.

hello mga sir. naa lang ko question.

ok ra ba na kung mag add ug wood frame sa concrete walls, pareha anang sa mga basement sa US gani. kay ga think ko what if mag add ug decors/cabinets/etc murag mas sayun man gud ug "less permanent" kung sa wood imount compared kung sa concrete. plus murag nipis raman kaau ang semento anang vazbuilt technology gani nga gigamit. but ang problem kay ang moisture gikan sa concrete ug kaon pud sa space ang mag framing diba.

if dili xa maau nga idea, unsa kaha work-around anang mga diy projects like mag add ug decors/cabinets sa walls? ma apply pud diay siya sa floors kay gusto pud unta mi magtaod ug wood flooring or something.

mga bro ask lng ko sakto naba nang 50k pra ilis ug atop den kisame, then tiles pud sa ubos ang floor area kay 30 sq meters lng.

sa amo case, happy to say, naa na nakatukod daan..pero dako na lagi ang family, lumalaki na rin ang mga bata, nice for them to have their own space..maskin small rooms...right now, 100sq m ang balay, 2 bedrooms, sala, kitchen, 1 T&B, 1 (extension) bedroom for the helpers sa taas...

nahan unta ko ipa-renovate gamay para naa kwarto mga bata ug add'l T&B pud...5 mi, ako + 4 kids + 2 helpers...mag share2 tawn sa 1 ka T&B hehehhe...(kung pauli si hubby +1 pa jud) ...

di man pud ko maka save2 tawn ... so i was hoping naa jud maka help pa renovate maskin add'l T&B for now...ug possible estimate if magpa add ug bedroom sa taas...
