hahaha! bitaw ang asin kay mao jud na ang pinaka-natural..
but with the kinds of food we are eating now, di na makaya sa asin ..

ako kay specific jud ko sa toothpaste, kay naay components ang toothpaste na allergic ko..

i'm adviesd to go for WHITE toothpaste jud..kanang white jud tanan..
kay naa man gud component ang toothpaste na isog kaau.. labi na kanang iyang para sa color..

if naay uban, na magcge cracks ilang lips.. nya magdugo lang kalit..(it might be due to weather conditions..)
it can sometimes be because of ur toothpaste..

ang derma di bya kaau mo-suggest anang colgate...although, nindot cya, pero ang mga ingredients ana kay isog kaau gud.. chemically strong ra pud..
ok ra ta tog strong,kung natural lang ta to.. hehehe

im using now the ganoderma toothpaste.. kay natural jud cya..also DXN..medyo mau kamahalan lang..
nindot pud ang BEAM toothpaste..di cya sikat.. pero nindot bya xa..
