hello istoryans, i just want to share my struggles and how and what cured my acne problem...

i've had my acne since i was in highschool mild pato xa,
nisamut na pag.college nako, mao sige nako adto ug derma
i have been to 3 different dermas, nagsige ko balhin2 kay thought na dili ko hiyang sa ilang mga tambal and i had painful facials every month, makahilak gud ko sa kasakit
for almost 3 years nag cge rajud ko ug adto sa derma, pwo sakit najud kaayo akong face sa mga facials.

surprisingly, just after 3 days i have noticed na, wala nay bag.ong nitubo nga bugas sa akong face,
so from then on gipadayun najud nako ang pag.inum ug 8 glasses of water everyday until now 1 year has passed and now my face is pimple free! mas nibata pajud daw akong face ingon akong mga kaila! and i'm loving it!!!

you need to clean your face gyud. oily man ako skin but dili ko magka.pimples if dili ko kalimot manghilamos before ko matulog... try moringa liniment hang sya sa face. you can also use organic soaps, make sure manghilamos ka 3x a day.
