If you're up for online job, you can apply as an online ESL for BIBO Global Opportunity (they also have an option to work at their office in Cebu) or Rarejob Philippines Inc. I am currently affiliated with Rarejob and so far I am pleased that I am in full control of my schedule. Their pay as well can be par with the rates in the call center industry. It could be more than 20k php depending on the schedule that you open for the month. But of course, you are in control of the schedule which is very much flexible and convenient.
