looking at the photos murag way made below standard ra gyud , i know mahal ang balloons sa cebu but the way it was made murag gidali dali man or gisurambaw , had my niece party yesterday in dubai and i got out of my way to made these decorations for her. i charged this for free but sa ubang client nako i charge these decorations for 750 AED ( 9,000 Pesos) . im thinking maghimo na lang kog branch sa partyandeventz sa cebu puhon to cater to our fellow cebuanos ako lang is even the budget is just right if the decorator really wants to go out of his way to satisfy the client they could have made it right .
