So far, of all presidential aspirants who successfully put their hand on the bible and swore allegiance to the constitution there is not one but only PNOY who has had the audacity to question the supreme law of the land.
The constitution unlike the other laws from which is derived from it, is alive and breathing. It can be called anytime even without a predicate circumstance like that of a criminal act. When crafting laws, lawmakers make sure that the law they wish to craft does not in any way violate the constitution even partially.
Now back to PNOY, no other presidential aspirant has made a claim more outlandish and unbelievable than PNOY. He claimed 'rice self sufficiency in 3 years', 'walang mahirap kapag walang korap', and all those outrageous claims. Now on behalf of the poor masses who have become disillusioned after making a grave mistake voting for that imbecile don't you feel obliged to tell those people that PNOY is still the best president that we will ever have?
I don't do that much research, all pieces just come together naturally. It comes with experience and admitting ones' own mistakes.
