question about BIR and unregistered POS

hello mga pre

I have this free POS software for our small restaurant.. I wanted to register it but ka hassle bah. Specially since i'm using a laptop only to run it connected to a printer. Mas lisod and dugay daw if dili accredited machines. kalagot.

So I was planning to just use it for convenience and data handling lang, pero issue dyapon ug resibo to customer ala manual. Perhaps print lang ug detalye sa orders for reference sa customer, pero attach lang official na resibo to it nga gi manual lang pag buhat..

Ok ra ni diba? I was told man gud na dili dyapon pede basta mugamit ka POS registered dapat.. then others nag ingon OK ra basta dili to ang gamit para official receipt.

ive seen tablet base POS sa robinson dumaguete... i guess pwede rana...

ma register ra na. POS bitaw sa LBC kay ordinary desktop (with POS software) + printer. Mag duwa man gani usahay ug Plantz vs zombies/Zuma ang associate hehehe.

actually wala dyud ko plano i register kay to register a POS you need to register the Software itself, the machine, and then yourself (company) as the end user.. HASSUUUULLL kaayo ..


gusto nako gamiton para mapadali lang gamay ang trabaho ...

baleh print ang akong POS (or PC and software gud) ug mga detalye sa transaction, unya issue ug OR or INVOICE manual, description "misc" = Total amount dayon ..

anyway salamat mga bro at least na kampante ko gamay hehe

But better you will not use the printout in the POS and use the manual OR.
And also the PC that you use is not visible in the dinning area. Back office lang
just to be safe.

I've handled many client using POS naay unregistered pa nya g gamit. Gahi
kayu ulo. ingnan dli gamiton sa ang receipt kay wala pa ang ilang BIR accreditation.

Awa dakpan noon, multa noon og dako i think that was over 100k.
Bantay-bantay lang ana sir, specially naa ka comptensya kay sila ra sad mo sumbong nimo.

pero if ever makita / bantang ang POS basta wa lang ga issue ang machine ug OR diba ok ra? i manual ra gud dyapon ang ORs hehe

I think pwede siya. but just to be assure lang boss. better hide it na dili siya physical ma kit-an sa area.

DO NOT SHOW ANY PRINTERS!!!!!! specially POS PRINTER

Pwd ra na nimo buntang ug sticker ang imo machine nga "This is not a POS nor a cash register! This is for inventory use only." Dili naka kutihon ana. Mao na ako gibuhat sa ako client ug mao sad ako nabantayan sa uban.
