    another example - sunglasses

    -mahal kaayo imo palit P10k
    -legal

what im trying to say is this..

the motorcycle accessories and parts are there...dili bawal ibaligya...dili bawal paliton. just like sunglasses.

for ex. bawal ang accessories and etc

ngano diha ra man sila taman na naa man description saa ubos unsa gyud ang bawal -- kadto ra naka-compromise sa safety.

para nako clear-cut ang law...ang mga nag-implement ang ...alam mo na.

some people have wrong definition of democracy... nonetheless thats your freewill and right to do it... but you cant expect a lot of people would understand the cause if there are still a$$hole$ and !diots running in the street with 2 wheels...

again inyo na katungod... we respect that and this is also our rights to call some of riders stup!d @$$holes who think who own the street... kamo ray nalipay sa mga saba ninyo nga motor... kami mga gusto ug mingaw wala nalang kwenta... before mo mamantay sa uban ang inyo usa kaugalingon unahon... like i said its my opinion and its my right to say it...

Same concept man ni ang jao sa speed limit provision...

Yes it is your car, it is your ride, you paid for it, you have the right to use it.. BUT, the govt has the right to regulate the usage of your car for PUBLIC SAFETY, PUBLIC MORALS, SOCIAL JUSTICE, MAINTAIN PEACE AND ORDER and PRESERVE THE COMFORT AND CONVENIENCE OF ITS INHABITANTS.

Mao nay giligsan ninyo sa inyong rights kunohay.

    "Local Government Code of 1991".

SEC. 16. General Welfare. - Every local government unit shall exercise the powers expressly granted, those necessarily implied therefrom, as well as
powers necessary, appropriate, or incidental for its efficient and effective governance, and those which are essential to the promotion of the general welfare. Within their respective territorial jurisdictions, local government units shall ensure and support, among other things, the preservation and enrichment of culture, promote health and safety, enhance the right of the people to a balanced ecology, encourage and support the development of appropriate and self-reliant scientific and technological capabilities, improve public morals, enhance economic prosperity and social justice, promote full employment among their residents, maintain peace and order, and preserve the comfort and convenience of their inhabitants.cralaw

it appears like everyone think that this is mostly (or maybe only) all about mufflers and loud pipes.. i'd like to set this straight:

MRO does not support loud pipes. What MRO is after is proper and fair implementation of the laws pertaining to riders.

sa katong wla kabalo what MRO is fighting for this sunday, although nag suggest me to look at our group page kay naa ni didto gi explain:

    1. plaka vest of qc
    2. no backride beyond the first degree relative of mandaluyong
    3. no plate no travel of lto
    4. gray areas surrounding the latest JAO of LTO and DOTC
    5. kani sa cebu lang, the latest Anti-Noise Ordinance (309) WITHOUT IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS (IRR) and guidelines

we commend cebu city for the latest ordinance (309) but we need proper IRR with proven and effective references..
