depende. pero murag dli raman cguro dghan mag cgeg ka late naa pamay trabaho makuhaan lang ang sweldo =)

Yes as long as they follow due process.. lahi2x kada company but for example lang, 1st offense na late, warning/written warning, 2nd offense kay 1-day suspension, 3rd offense 3-day suspension then 4th offense termination...
so upat ka late means cge ka ka late and if ni follow sila sa due process then yes you can be terminated.

Besides, ingani lang pag huna2x.. if ikaw naay negosyo bsan gamay lang like food stall.. nag hire ka ug tao tig bantay didto... pero cge cya ka late.. mu open ka ug 12noon para lunch unta pero almost 12:30-1pm na muabot imong tao pirmi so hinay na nuon imo halin... since wala man kay handbook sa imo negosyo, don't tell me bawal nimo cya taktakon ana iya binuhatan?
kinsa man mas naay katarungan aning sitwasyona?
