I think what is meant by the term "We are born as sinners" is that we are always prone to sin as human beings.God wanted to regulate us, it would be quite beneficial for us for it would be so chaotic and disorderly if such tendency would never be controlled. Measures and guidelines are implemented as per faith to address this shortcoming the stronger the faith the less chances to commit sins per se.

I wouldn't say it like that.. not because it is not true but because it somewhat pejorates human nature.. when asked whether we are born good or bad i always say neither.,

in cognizant to John Locke's contention, we are not born sinners or saints, we are born with an empty slate,. being inclined to sin is a matter of influence,.

I did read the bible when I was like 16 and not just parts of it i finished the whole bible.
No it didn't require guidance or some mystical being, because it was in ENGLISH. I was young
back then, but I could understand different kinds of sentence structure. Kanang metaphors2 ba.

Interpreting the Words/LAW in the Bible is Not Revising, its called - INTERPRETING.

Revising is when you interpret the Bible and PRINT your own version to Fit your belief.

The Content of Genesis Centuries ago still the same the Bible today. The word use may change like the New English version or other but the meaning is still the same.

Btw, The BIBLE is NOT the Word of God Entirely, It CONTAINS the word of God. the Bible also contain the words of Satan
