BIR safest kay everybody will need a receipt, pero i dunno if centralized ang directory, SEC sad for companies not owned solely and DTi for individual proprietors

SEC(Security Exchange Commission) Considering its a corporation, SEC is the govt agency which regulates the existence of corporations. I think ila office is somewhre near BANAWA. not sure.. Try calling them if they will provide you with such info.

If SEC does not have any record of the existence of such company, then be wary! all existing private companies should be registered in the SEC. Its one of the important requirements in incorporating. It should be registered in the SEC. You may check in the BIR but you will not find there infos regarding the corporate structure, who are the corporate officers, corporations authorized capital stock, etc. The proper document that provides the information of a particular corporation is the articles of incorporation which is recorded in the SEC. If not registered, then he is just pretending to be a corporation. check lng sd sa personnel dha sa SEC. Basig gi tapul nto cya pag tawag nimo..

basin dili corporation mao wala ma register sa SEC, kay ang sole proprietorships pwede ra man sa DTI mo register, or if coop sa Cooperative Development Agency(CDA)..in either case, the BIR should have records
