I just want to know pila basic pay sa mga agents tig sell ug Condo..
Pila pud usual commission madawat? thanks daan

sa real estate basta licensced broker mura 5% ... kung agent lng na dli licensced most likely lesser

sa ako nahibaw-an sad about sa agent, kelangan siya under ug licensed broker. then sila na mag sabot pila ka % ang makuha.
wala ko idea unsa sa Ayala Land, but some companies give 2.5% sa agent and 2.5% sa broker, others 3.5% sa agent and 1.5% broker, etc... depends

just do the math with the condo unit price and % commission
