If you pass the training, naa naka sweldo dayun. If you fail the training, you are still hired but after your 1st sale pa ka tagaan ug allowance. In Filinvest, we want our sellers to be working for the commission not for the allowance. What is just 8k compared to 50k minimum commission you can get per sale.

basically its just about the company, about selling, about the projects. its a 7 day training. very easy as long as you participate and you listen.
