nagka prob ko same ani pero pag upgrade to akoa to win 8.1. sa itunes bisag wala pa maconnect ang iphone try play a music or click sa album kung naa kay makita murag (!) or (?) kindly play 1 file then iya ra basahon tanan to link the music sa ilang library. then kung dli pa jud is ang uban ila irestart ang iphone then ang itunes ra ipabilin sa apple running services kay idelete nila sa control panel. hope it helps
