Naa IMEI unlock for AT&T around 9K-10K pesos. Otherwise, software unlock ra imung option which is really a hassle everytime you update the iOS.

Best recommended to buy a factory unlocked unit if it's not locked to your carrier. It's much more expensive but I think it's worth it.

sige thanks boss! i think i'll stick with the software unlock sa pagkakaron, until naay mugawas na mas convenient na way pag unlock ani. wa lang say update ang iOS ani para magamit lang ang phone hehehe. by the way, nakatry naka ug software unlock ug iphone boss? asa ta makapalit ug x-sim, r sim, etc?

I haven't tried it personally. I always go for Factory Unlocked ones. However, I'm sure daghan diri namaligya ug software unlock. Just search in the forums.
