si james bond ra naa license to kill.. ang uban kay under the rules of engagement (whatever rules they put into place kay lahi2x mn kada nasud)

anyway back on topic, to me the act of killing a person that way is not the way to go BUT seeing that our petty criminals has stepped it up long ago by sticking people up and then shooting/killing them after they got what they want, then that makes me think they just deserve whats coming to them such as this act. There is no one size fits all way of doing this but at least this gives petty criminals something to think about before they decide to pull the trigger

If proper, when to shoot = if causing death or injury to the police officer or other persons.

Criminal is a person with criminal liability, that is, what he have done was against the law. Let's use the example here. A robber initially did not show any weapon nor had the intention to kill the woman since he was only after of the woman's shoulder bag. Then an unidentified man with a hand gun came into the scene when he saw the commotion and wanted to prevent the unarmed robber from fleeing. Does this man has the authority to prevent the robbery? He didn't introduced himself as a policeman. If he is, killing an unarmed robber on the spot is mere violation of their rules of engagement. Policemen are trained to be best thinkers at all times. If the man was a civilian, citizens arrest could have applied. If the gun used was a licensed one, he may have violations too. We can never answer all these 'ifs' when there's no proper investigation.

Bottomline, killing a criminal is acceptable as long as it can be justified according to our laws. No single violator will be considered a hero. Am I correct @hamtaro.jan?

OT: We had death penalty law before but was repealed as it did not contribute in lowering crime rate. Proposed nasad to revive it? Wake up dude.
