either mod your ps2 or order online for your orig pal games besides ang philippines and most of it's surround countries are ntsc.
so, the only real choice if you're going for orig pal games is order online... pretty hard to come around with someone who has orig pal games in the philippines.
heck, even the store only sells ntsc-u and some ntsc-j...
