the most possibliest thing that can happen is the impossible.. mind u.. the biggest battle is not found in iraq or basilan but in our hearts..
Dili man guro sakto igeneralize nga ang mga "elites" ang nagpadagan sa pilipinas.
More likely or not, the people who are most capable in running the country are the ones who are running the country.
Kung ang mga tawo cge reklamo sa kahimtang sa pulitika, nagbinogo ra sila. The Politicians of the country is the reflection of its people. Now, before people come complaining and criticizing about the things happening in the country, they should see first themselves if they have done something exceptional in their lives. Gamay ra nga mga tawo dinhi who has done something really exceptional for Himself and MotherLand.
Before criticizing one must first know what he/she is criticizing. Daghan mga tawo cge yaw2x ug mga butang wa dinhi wa dinha, too demanding as if they have done something exceptional for the country.
cheers!
i think this conversation would be nice if naa representative sa taga pikas.. u know what i mean..para at least maka balo sila why they really hate the govt.. at the same time maka balo ta sa mga agenda nga ilang gusto ..
going back, skato gyud ka bata-a ka.. hihih.. cg lang sila yaw2x sa govt then.. kasagaran ra ba aning kosug mag yaw2x.. walay klarong trabaho...

Mga higala, kalma lang ta. Nakit-an nako diri naa na lalisay. Dili lang mag personalan.
Now, let's define first what is "elite". Elite (also spelled Élite) is taken from the Latin, eligere, "to elect". In sociology as in general usage, the élite is a relatively small dominant group within a larger society, which enjoys a privileged status which is upheld by individuals of lower social status within the structure of a group.
An elite is the result of economic and political forces within a social structure. Upon formation, societies have always had the tendency to stratify due to a combination of politics and ability. The position of an elite at the top of the social strata almost invariably puts it in a position of leadership and often subjects the holders of elite status to pressure to maintain their position as part of the elite. However, in spite of the pressures borne by its members, the existence of the elite as a social stratum is usually unchange.
So, makit-an nato nga gawas sa mga communist countries, almost tanan nga nasud is run by the elite.
On the other hand, lisud sab pagpadagan ang usa ka nasud.

Correct! You took the words right out of my mouth. You simply can't just give power to run the country to somebody on the street ...Originally Posted by v-freak
