in reality, dali ra jud mapriso ang pobre kay wala man clabetter, if not good lawyers to defend them on the court. and out of poverty, tanan nlang buhaton sa tao para naa lang food na kaonon.
but it all boils down to everyone's responsibility. why? we have government election every now and then. we are the one who chose the leaders and law-making bodies (senators, congressmen, etc). we need to see to it that these people are capable of making and reviewing laws for everybody's sake.

that's why dapat wise enough ka mgpili ani na maga tao. undeniably, datu tanan ang kani na mga tao, so there's greater possibility na mgbuhat sila ug laws na mas pabor sa datu kaysa sa pobre.

but i tell you there are some good lawyers who do PROBONO work for the financially disabled...

as for the question...yes the poor have higher chance...BUT compared to the PAST the system has SLIGHTLY improved...
