    1. "Luke 3:23 Now Jesus himself was about thirty years old when he began his ministry." After that within Jesus' age of 30 until he died, naay 3 annual events na.attenan si Jesus; John 2:13 - Passover, John 5:1- Feast of The Jews, assumed to be Passover, John 6:4- Jewish Passover. and then Jesus died on the eve of the Passover. So scholars safely assumed that Jesus died at the age of 33.

    2. Yes you are right, 2014 AD. AD means Anno-Domini it is Latin for The Year of our Lord. Its start from the date of Jesus Birth. However Jewish people used the Jewish calendar, which starts at the month of Abib (which is April) and also the month of the Passover Exodus 13:4, while on the other hand Rome uses the Julian Calendar, which starts on the month of march, but during the late 16th century the Gregorian Calendar was used which starts on January, and we are now using it now. So kani atong date karun is only base on scholars calculation, we could not really say nga exact gyud nga perfect but almost lang.

    3. It is now CELEBRATED on Dec 25th, there is nothing in the Bible to indicate it. Ni.apir nisiya nga date on the 4th century na, lahi pud sa mga eastern church Jan. 6. wala man gihintulot ni God nga isulat sa author ang date sa birth ni Jesus, so it means basin the date is not really that important.

    4. 1 John 1:9 tells us "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness". clearly states that si God would willing clean you if you confess your sin, there's no need for a mediator, because Christ is our only mediator 1 Timothy 2:5 For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.
    however In James 5:16 states
"Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working". This verse speaks of confessing our trespasses “to one another,” but this is not the same as confessing sins to a catholic priest as the Roman Catholic Church teaches. Cathollic Priests / church leaders are nowhere mentioned in the context of the verse. walay relation ang forgiveness of sins with the confession of sin to one another. But however if truly you trust your priest and that he would pray for you personally and sincerely go ahead, tell him. But however dili gyud sya required nga catholic priest ra gyud imung sultian.

I appreciate you bay, asking this questions. If you truly seek the Lord and wanted to know the answers, naa ra tanan sa Bible bro, no other book.

i have something to share: i dont know lng ug god's call bani or gods way or ambot.(wala lng sad koy lingaw ron mga bros and sis).

@slabdans I will try my best bro to answer using the Scripture. Luke 16:19-31. Jesus plainly used this story to teach that after death the unrighteous are eternally separated from God, that they remember their rejection of the gospel, that they are in torment, and that their condition cannot be remedied.

“Just as man is destined to die once, and after that to face judgment” (Hebrews 9:27). Here we understand that no change in one’s spiritual condition can be made following his death—either by himself or through the efforts of others.

The point is that each of us has but one life, and we are responsible for how we live that life. Others may influence our choices, but ultimately we must give an account for the choices we make. Once life is over, there are no more choices to be made; we have no choice but to face judgment. The prayers of others may express their desires, but they won’t change the outcome. The time to pray for a person is while he or she lives and there is still the possibility of his or her heart, attitudes, and behavior being changed

  10. #8260
@slabdans kanang dili misahan ang naghikog o kanang namatay misahan, it's man's tradition bro, wala sa bible. and you are right bro when you say that God is the one to know where your soul is going, kita wala ta kabalo sa kahimtang sa usa ka tawo. kay physical ra man atong makit.an. TGod looks at the heart that's why He is the only one who knows our destination. To anyone who say's ikaw mu.adto ka sa impyerno, ikaw muadto ka sa langit, or if pangadyean nimu sya muadto sya sa langit, nakapatay sya muadto sya sa impyerno, is equating himself/herself to God.
