As I have asked before, maybe brothers like @ngitscarlo09 @MaInEvEnT @vahnhelsing @The_JACKAL can share to us here some insights like who is accountable if an initiate dies during the hazing process? Who will take responsibility, the immediate members, the president of the organization? Will the organization compensate the family of the deceased?
Imho, I am not for or against those procedures as that is the prerogative of the organization and the initiates are joining on their own free will... I just want to know if there is accountability when initiation rites results in death... Or are they made to sign a waiver absolving the organization and its members from any liability before the initiation begins...
if it isn't clear to you sir, Yes. the group will be held responsible and of course the MI and those are present of the initiation rights...coz if something happens to the neophyte naa jud nay saup ang MI...there are also guidelines before a neophyte can undergo initiation..dri nalang ku2b og anhi nlang jud
naa langsad koy pangutana...kaning mga member sa frat diri, like say minyo namo, inyo anak inyo sad e member sa sa inyong frat? or pananglit ganahan sad mo join imo anak sa inyo frat, ok ra ninyo?
ako nalang ni tubagon those who are with them during initiation will obviously be held liable. if you want to ask kun ang leaders maapil, i don't know kun basihan na sa atong justice system.
yes... no problem as long as i know which group he/she will belong. But with us, it is automatic.
i know daghan mo bati nadunggan regarding frat, and daghan sad sayop sa frat just as any organization
tamayon sad. pero cge lang ingon ana jud na. sama sa akong gipost dri, lisod jud ni sabton sa wala
nakasuway. pero please ayaw nalang mo ug suway kun mao na inyong panglantaw sa frat..
i am not here to defend hazing totally hap.. basin nagtoo mo gaadvocate mi ana..![]()
Thank you for answering sir.
I was just wondering, take for example the Benilde incident, so far only one member surfaced... Is it not the responsibility of the organization to turn over to the authorities the accountable members involved in that initiation the went awry?
i think indulge in some hobbies like cars, motorbikes, mtbikes, badminton, running etc. there you can find good friends and you can hangout sometimes.
and about the job thing nahh, believe in your skillsjust a click away -- just send cv
