I bought this product because I have a lot of software and files on my old computer that I can't get rid of and apparently this was the ideal solution. This KVM really performed as advertised it`s very user-friendly, so I didn`t have to install frustrating software or anything, I just connected a set of USB mouse and USB keyboard (both Microsoft) to the KVM and all was recognized with no issues at all, which is really my main criteria on devices like these. It has good cable length and solid construction despite of its bargain price. I like its compact design that is small enough, so it does not take up too much desk space and for convenient use. The switch speed is also quite remarkable, because I didn`t experience any lag when switching between computers the response is as good as being plugged straight into the machine itself also it has a helpful hotkey, so you can switch between devices in just a second. The LED indicator for status monitoring is very helpful and pretty accurate. Here are some of my glitches regarding this model, it doesn`t have a PS/2 port and doesn`t support audio switching, but that`s not that much of a deal breaker from my standpoint because I personally don't use this but in general I`m really impressed with this KVM. I really did get my money`s worth upon purchasing this model, because I still haven`t experienced any kind of problems in spite of the fact that I use it on a daily basis, so I strongly suggest this KVM.

I haven't really used it but yeah have heard about it and i guess its more like going through some correct source which is more like the need for it and this is the way how it should be working so keep it this way and i am sure it will help.
