hayz, well karon naa ko bato sa right part na kidney...kuyaw2x ni akong gi bati ron kay with little blood inig spit nko pag lain ang panahon..
gibaliwala rani nako ka2ng crystal pani way back december 2013, last month grabe kasakit nga na absent ko almost a week sa duty. i thought muscle spasm ra as indicated sa akong 2nd doctor sa cebudoc, kay timing wala pud akong 1st doc pag sakit.
pain reliever naka tabang pud pero grabe ang side effect.. nag lisod og ginhawa og axiety sa kabalaka... chest x ray shows negative and cbc shows fine..since ga spit man ko gamay nga blood pag akong pugson..hopefully, mao ra jud unta. pero nag ultrasound balik, tuara.. kidney stone...

karon, I'm on medication and a water drunkard.. sambong og ackalca akong gi take hopefully ma wa nani after ko magpaultra sound 3 months from now...

I had problems with my kidney before. Acalca and ural ang direseta.... mahal na siya para nako kay 3x a day kailangan imnon...but found a better way, take pineapple juice. it worked for me.. ang quantity naka.depend unsa ka-grabe imo kidney stone issue.
