First thing to consider before transfering of ownership;
* Orig. CR & OR
* Deed of Absolute Sale (signed by the owner & buyer notarized & sealed)
* Back to back xeroxed copy of owner's ID w/signature niya (3x)diha mismo sa vacant space (Drivers license or any ID that will serve the purpose) pls include pa xerox na lang sa imo Drivers license the same sa owner
Procedures in getting motorcycle clearance(kinahanglan early ka moadto para makuha dayon an clearance)
1. Moadto ka sa Gorordo ave. sa may police station (be sure nga dala mo imo motor)
2. Request sa person in-charge (front glass window) nga matransfer ka sa motorcycle ownership, pangayoan ka sa CR & OR & deed of sale for viewing nya, if ok sa in-charge, youll be given a sort of a document para bayaran mo sa Land Bank(P300.00) sa may escario dool sa capitol bldg.
3. After mabayaran mo sa LBP, balik ka sa police station & present your reciept sa window to show nga nabayaran mo na(pls xerox 2 copies each sa reciepts, OR & CR & Deed of Sale.)
4. May in-charge nga person sa macroetching(P300.00 an bayad) (just wait kay modool na nimo)
5. After getting stencil sa motor (engine & chassis) if gusto ka makuha dayon imo clearance just pay P200.00, if not pabalikon ka pa the ff day.
After getting sa imo clearance, proceed to the ff:
* Smoke emission test ( P400.00)
* Insurance (around P550.00) (tell them nga transfer of ownership)
Upon completion sa above requirements, proceed ka na sa LTO where nya giparegistro an motor for inspection sa motor.
Pls take note kinahanglan mofunction tanan like signal (left & right), horn, headlight(up/down), brake light para ka pasar inspection
Pagpakuha stencil sa motorcycle chassis & engine, kay it should be attached below sa application sa motorvehicle.
An payment sa registration, LTO na bahala sa computation
Note: all documents nga imo gi comply will be submitted to LTO
