Sorry mga sir if wala ko sa right na thread, but i just wnna ask u all about how to transfer the ownership sa usa ka motorcycle. Im a single mom so pacencia if kinda dumb and newbie ako question. First of all about sa OR and CR and kanang ilang g jngun na deed of sale. How does it work? Im planning man gd to buy 2nd hand suzuki smash but skeptical ko kong unsaon nako pag make sure na naa maau na process sa pag transfer sa ownership sa motorcycle. Is it a process na kailangan nga buhaton nako as buyer o responsibility na xa sa seller. Do i need to make sure nga ang name sa OR CR and deed of sale kay nka pangalan sa akoa? Unsa man ang mga things nga ako i consider just to make sure na d magka problema? Thanks in advance!

First thing to consider before transfering of ownership;
* Orig. CR & OR
* Deed of Absolute Sale (signed by the owner & buyer notarized & sealed)
* Back to back xeroxed copy of owner's ID w/signature niya (3x)diha mismo sa vacant space (Drivers license or any ID that will serve the purpose) pls include pa xerox na lang sa imo Drivers license the same sa owner

Procedures in getting motorcycle clearance(kinahanglan early ka moadto para makuha dayon an clearance)
1. Moadto ka sa Gorordo ave. sa may police station (be sure nga dala mo imo motor)
2. Request sa person in-charge (front glass window) nga matransfer ka sa motorcycle ownership, pangayoan ka sa CR & OR & deed of sale for viewing nya, if ok sa in-charge, youll be given a sort of a document para bayaran mo sa Land Bank(P300.00) sa may escario dool sa capitol bldg.
3. After mabayaran mo sa LBP, balik ka sa police station & present your reciept sa window to show nga nabayaran mo na(pls xerox 2 copies each sa reciepts, OR & CR & Deed of Sale.)
4. May in-charge nga person sa macroetching(P300.00 an bayad) (just wait kay modool na nimo)
5. After getting stencil sa motor (engine & chassis) if gusto ka makuha dayon imo clearance just pay P200.00, if not pabalikon ka pa the ff day.

After getting sa imo clearance, proceed to the ff:
* Smoke emission test ( P400.00)
* Insurance (around P550.00) (tell them nga transfer of ownership)
Upon completion sa above requirements, proceed ka na sa LTO where nya giparegistro an motor for inspection sa motor.
Pls take note kinahanglan mofunction tanan like signal (left & right), horn, headlight(up/down), brake light para ka pasar inspection
Pagpakuha stencil sa motorcycle chassis & engine, kay it should be attached below sa application sa motorvehicle.
An payment sa registration, LTO na bahala sa computation
Note: all documents nga imo gi comply will be submitted to LTO

simple ra na TS...kn gus2 jd ka nga ma under na sa imo name ang c.r. nig buy nmo,gastuhi lng na 3k-3.5k pra di nka mahasol pa ug process ky pirti jd kutiha rba den girl rba diay ka,hehe!but kn gus2 sad ka idungan lng nmo ang pag transfer ug renewal,pwde ra sad yaw lng usa i transfer but need jd ka mangau ug 2 valid i.d.s sa previous owner den ngau ka deed of sale nga of course wd his/her signature as vendor....ang pinaka importante nmo buhaton kn mo buy ka TS is to double tsik kn ok ba iya engine,tsik also the actual engine and chassis number kn mo match ba sa nkabutang sa iya c.r. and den lastly,double tsik sa c.r. kn dli ba fake or naay mga alarms sa Lto,hehe

kung ari ka magpalit sa mga motorshop, example mga repo... dili na kaau kote kay naa na sila mga papers daan.. they can guide you also what to do.

dpende sad diay na TS sa inyo sabot coz sometimes bya i package na sa seller nga libre na transfer but kn dli gani...ok ra na TS ui maski dli pa ma transfer sa imo name as long as makuha nmo mga documents stated above gkan sa seller...
