1. Actualy, daghan jud kaayo ka choices diri cebu regarding accomodation. depende rasad na ninyo kung asa mo muprefer,
like duol sa nightlife => NS Pensione or Sampaguita Suites
duol sa mall => Quest Hotel or Mandarine Plaza Hotel

If mag dugay mo (like 5 days or more) you can try this luxurious accomodation might be good for your friends, its only about 4.5k a night then ma igo na siguro mo ani => 3BR/3T&B Luxury 85sqm. Condo

2. Crowded na ang cebu. just try to eat after rush hour / meal time, para gamay tao.
Seafood restaurants:
STK (mactan shrine), Co Jordan (Lilo-an), Isla Sugbo Seafood City (Grand Con), Oyster bay (Mandaue)
Cebu delicacies:
Titay's rosquillos (Lilo-an), Lechon belly (Parkmall/City Time Square), Cebu Lechon Restaurants, Pungko2 (CDU NRA, Fuente & Capitol Area), Tuslob buwa (gorordo/tipolo), and a whole lot more...

3. If you have no one to guide you, just get a tour in a travel agency. but if you're adventurous or resourceful enough, then you'll know what to do

Places and things to do: Daghan... lol. just let us know if you want more fun & adventure...

4. Just be careful at night, I suggest you go to:
Crown regency (skywalk/edgecoaster), I.T park, Ayala Center Cebu, Tops / MT. View

5. Please keep in mind that dako jud ug chance na mag lisod na ka sa transpo during rush hour, if you have a smartphone and 3G, try downloading taxi apps like "grabi taxi" or "MiCab".

If nahan sad mo, pwede mo mag rent ug car para mas adventure and convenient. just have your gps or smartphone (3G) ready. download apps like "ways". and have someone in speed dial para in case.

My cousin and his barkada from manila stayed here in cebu for a week, and nag rent sila car, na abot gud silag bantayan, sila sila ra using google map and ways sa iphone.
