Agencies, by law, should do it by the book: kung hired na ka, you will have to go through a medical exam (at your expense) and pass it. They will need this to process you employment contract and visa. This will take a while so I suggest lihokon na sad nimo ang pagpa authenticate sa imong mga school certificates (they will need this to process your employment/ residence visa later on). Dugay ni nga process (ched-dfa-uae embassy in manila) so if you can find an agency to expedite it for you, maypa mobayad na lang ka pa process. Kuti gyud kung direct hiring sa Philippines but at least you know you are safe. Dapat tagaan ka sa original employment visa (pangitaan ka ani sa Philippine immigration og UAE immigration desks sa airport sa Pinas og dayon abot sa UAE) and you will have to go through a seminar called PDOS, which is basically an introduction to working abroad. PS please make sure the agency is listed with POEA as an accredited recruitment agency. You should not pay any processing fee because the employer is supposed to pay them (though some agencies flout the rules and take 10 percent of your total monthly payment). not sure if the laws have changed regarding this issue.

Pila man imong budget and how long do you intend to stay in Dubai? Kung hotels, you will find the best deals if you book through Agoda.com or asiatravel.com. Ramadan is coming up (it may start on the 28thor 29th) so if you can, cancel any travel plan within this period because it is usually the slowest business season and working hours are shortened

Mao gyud but it's an investment. Ang pinaka importante sa tanan ang pagpa red ribbon sa documents. I know some people who visited Dubai on visit visa and almost got hired but was bypassed by other candidates because they did not have their authenticated documents ready. Some companies just can't wait.

Sakto c poyen, to check the Agency and in my case sad, before ka pgpamedical icheck sad sa POEA if accredited sa ilaha kng asa ka pa medical ky dli sila mudawat ug HP. Kaduha jud ko ng pa medical sa Cebu kay g require ko una sa company to have my medical before sad nila i process akong papers.. and pgprocess nko sa POEA ky ala nila dawata ako medical so ni medical na sad ko ug balik :/

Depende sa papers na need nmo ipa red ribbon. In my case. akong TOR ug DIPLOMA.

Niadto ra ko sa TC to get a copy of my TOR and DIPLOMA.

Inform the person in charge na imong ipa Red Ribbon and docs.
