    You cannot do this to entire pilipinos because every sector of the society has its own interest for every issues...like example in a certain laws which you wanted to oppose but it might be favorable to other group's interest.

    nope this is not illegal this is a form of protest and it is still part of the freedom of expression of disappointment of things.
