Advice on pharmacy business

A friend of mine wanted to put up a pharmacy in her province, but she doesn't know much on how the business works. Here are her questions:

1.) At least how many people are required to run a pharmacy?
2.) Any idea where she can hire a licensed pharmacist?
3.) What is the minimum capital when doing this kind of business?
4.) What is the ROI?

It really depends on the size on your pharmacy... in our main branch, we have around 24 people coz 24hrs man ang among pharmacy... the minimum capital for me is around 3-5million na cya.. ang roi, lets just say na if you run it well, dili jud kamahayan... you can hire pharmacist from anywhere, pag advertise lang.. basta ang usual salary ana nila kung starting is around 18k a month...

murag dako ra kaau ni nga pharmacy bro, hehe, gamay ra ug capital akong amiga, can a pharmacy be run by only 3 people? gamay ra man sad nga pharmacy iyang plano i-put up, unya dili cguro 24 hours. regarding sa pharmacist, 18k/month gyud ang starting? maka ginansha pa kaha cya ani nga dako man ug operating costs?
