    hi ts, try crossfit and HIIT - this worked for me. cut down ko from 96Kg to 80 kg (2 years sad ni sya ha) lisod sad jd sakto na disiplina jd. kay naay times na maoff ka, muslip mulami imo kaon. makalose kag 3-5kg after 1 week makagain ka sa imong nalose pero dont give up jd try diets na makauyon imo lawas like Paleo na diet, nya cut the consumption jd. nya to correct others kay dont eat less carbs rather eat GOOD carbs. ako nigamay najd ko pero kuwang pa akong nalose gnhan gne ko magpaporma lawas jd kana ako gigoal. pero Good luck sa imo TS. nahan ko ani na thread kung naa pa makahatag ila insight please ko reply sad mo diri salamat!

    sa pagbasa2x nako ani nga thread, I see alot of wrong informations hehehe....if you want to just lose weight and not tone, you can eat anything you want gyud, dont deprive yourself of your favorite foods...its all about the calories. If kabalo mo sa inyo BMR and TDEE, its just that easy to lose weight...kelangan lang nimo ug deadlock discipline, consistency and determination. promise sayon ra kaau mag loss weight haha.....I can tell coz na experience na nako 1st hand, I have lost 15lbs / 6.8kgs in a month without starving myself, just cardio for 30mins a day and limit my calorie intake (bisan unsa na food), but lately nag weight training napud ko coz I want to tone myself with definition and not lose muscle mass during weight loss...just fat loss instead
