    ^^^ ive been there! yes, samot nana if kamao nana mu storya nmU!hahaha. mao sad gyud lately lang ko nakabalik sad gyud aning lifting2x tawn. pero not as hungry sa una na sagul napud tapul gamay.hahaha. you will really encounter second thoughts on buying for that bag of whey over your kid's milk ...mas mahal pa gyud cya actually.hahahaha...

    more than a year nmn ko cguro last nka palit whey bai... gatas sa ako anak na jud ako ma palit hahaha ako sad ron gi tapol na bisag unsa na physical exercise hahaha lol signs of ageing lagi! lol

    sige lang. inig abot ana ug 3years magsugod nana kaon solid food. maglisud naka ana gani ug painum ug MILK, then its ur time to shine.hahahahaha. nah, ako gani ron. dili nman ko magworry anang PR2x sa gym oie. if maka lift lang lage, aw lipay na. pero dili lang pud guro sobra rapud ka gaan. kanang igu2x lang sad gyud ma challenge ang muscle. actually instinct na gyud nmu maka guide ana. palit nalng plates boss nzo or kettlebells. anha lang balay.hahahaa. asa naka puyo ron? kuha namu balay?

    kettle bells lagi ako sunog investment hahaha... last june14 ra nag 1year old nya kusog na mu kaon na solid food ui, ang gatas ky supplement nlng jud, nahan kaau xas hard boiled eggs wahahahaha mka hurot 1 whole egg sa usa ka meal hahaha lipay kaau amahan ui

    wow! thank you everyone.. nice kaau inyo mga tambag, nways i did use deca standalone for 3 weeks 1 week (200mg) 2 ( 300mg) and 3 week (200mg) after i did re-search nid diay og combination ie: testo (stanon) or equivalent. sad to say my instructor ddnt told me about the stacks thing. my assumption was only standalone lang. cguro sa akoa 1st research was more about deca good and bad. during the re-research i noticed na need diay og combo which is nag think ko graveh ka costly. my goal lang kunta is to used deca cycle for 2 month ONLY for cutting. no plans of exceeding once achieve maintain nlang. hihihihihhi, however wala pko na noticed na lain sa akoa lawas. cguro pwera buyag lig-on sad gamay. so now i stop using deca, but i atleast nka experience ko tusok2x. hihihi, na recall nuon nko akoa kabuang pag HS bahin ana tusok2x sa HK (20/1ml) hihihi. but nevertheless with with CREATINE + Hypershred grabeh ang singot! tak2x to the max mas grabeh increase sa akoa stamina and gana pag alsa. i hope lang walay adverse effect to akoa 3 weeks gamit sa deca. tsk

I was there in your shoes before but at the tipping point, I didn't jump, nitalaw ko. Nakasabot pud ko nimo kay ako pud gi-compute sa una, pare-pareho raman gasto if mag stack supplements vs. mag stack AAS. But well, somebody told me nga di man daw ko maghubo mag-atubang cliente nya no plan too in going on stage. Don't forget your PCT nalang since ni-cross naman jud ka ana.

    hala buhi pa diay ka? i just thought u were dead after i secretly placed ammonia in your supplement stacks!hahhahaha..
