SWU-MHAM is apparently the one recognized by CHED. The battle now shifts from "who is legit to run the medical school: SWU-CM or SWU-MHAM" to who owns SWU-MHAM.

if mham is a foundation they have the advantage on tax. and if accreditted and recognize by ched then another advantage. disadvantage is there will be two college of medicine. if ched has no restriction to establish another college of medicine then they got two college of medicine.
