Hi..

I am renting a haus with my bf which is located in Plaza housing, Lahug near Marco Polo or hilltop hotel and looking for a female hausmate.

The haus is spacious yet cozy..!
we have own CR, Sala, Kitchen, living room and terrace.
Haus is very clean and well managed..


What you need to bring is your own bed mat since I have a bedframe in your room(double size).
There are a big shelve and built closet in the room.
I also have my personal tv, cooking tools, water dispensor, electronic stove and fridge etc...
We have a big bench in the living room, and a big dining table with some chairs in the sala.


Eatery, Sarisari store and laundry shops are very near.
You can take Motorbikes and jeeps(04H,I or C) very easily.


Rental Fee is P5,000per month w/o AC exclusive water and electricity with submeter.
I'd be asking 1month deposit and 1 month advance as our landlady requests.
