Profit from pigs you raise depends on how you manage them, if dagko kag cost to produce then break even percent is at 60-70% so 40%-30% imo gain sa meat nga imo baligya, but if you find a way to reduce the amount that goes into raising the pig such as finding cheaper feed alternatives then profit can be as good as 50%. Whereas 10%-20% ang profit nga imong ma patung kung palit nimo ang baboy. But when feed prices go up, sometimes there isn't much of a difference between buying and raising them yourself, usahay lugi pod kay murag taxi nga sigeg patak. pasmo ang baboy if you dont spend for the feed. In buying you can just stop, say no and wait for the price to stabilize.

Frozen meats arent very salable unless wholesale prices. Presko kasagaran gusto sa mga customer. But you get very nice cuts if you own a bone saw and meat cutting equipment, and then present it parehas anang monterey or sa supermarkets.

Fattener pigs are harvested at 6months old, average weight of 90kgs to 120kgs kung maayo pagkagam
