Hi Guys,

Exist is looking for the following:

a) iPhone OS Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IOS applications.
• Manage releases (testing and production).
• Do reviews and walkthroughs.
• Document Designs.
• Provide feedback to team/client.
• Participate in agile methodology.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2 year (s) experience in IOS development.
• With 2-3 applications completed and submitted to apple store.
• Familiar with most of the frameworks.
• Strong OO background
• Knowledgeable in mobile design patterns (MVC)
  

b) Software Engineer (Java)

Responsibilities

• Development with Java Enterprise technologies
• Development using Spring, OSGI or related frameworks and iOC containers
  
• Development using ORM tools such as Hibernate, iBatis, EclipseLink
• Development of web apps using technologies such as JSP and AJAX
• Deployment of applications on JBoss, Weblogic, Websphere, Jetty, Tomcat
• Work with databases such as Oracle, DB2, MSSQL, MySQL and Postgres
• Work with open source development tools like Maven or ANT
  
• Work on Unix/Linux and Windows environments
  
• Use IDEs such as Eclipse, IntelliJ Idea

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or any IT course
  
• Strong object-oriented programming experience
• Strong analytic and technical skills
• At least 2 years relevant working experience

Following agile methodology can work in quite a positive way in my opinion and that is the way for it,Basically what we find most of the times is how we get to survive the through the range of productivity business agility is more like the first step for it.
