I was the one who arrived at the meeting place first. gipahuwat jud ko, haha. pero gituyo mn sad niya nga duol sa amo ang meeting place.
Palpak kayo ky sirado diay to iya gi plan where mangaon mi, LOL. as we were walking to the nearest foodchain, I can see how frustrated he was nga things didn't go well (medyo "artihon" mn to siya and medyo na uwaw sgro ky init2 sad to).
He tried to crack some jokes pero ma palaw siya ky isulti nako ang dapat unta niya isturya in the end, haha..

nalingaw rpud ko (without him knowing, aw) and sakspan ko pag-uli nga nag date2x, haha. makita diay sakong nawng. ahaka... imbis nadga unta ko "pasalubong".

Hmmm... It's so fun to remember. I have taken number of girls to the movies prior to this but those were just plain friends or that I didn't made a move during that time.

The first time I asked a girl for a date, I was 17 years old then. She was a waray from Tacloban City, a BS Pharma stud of USCTC.

We were friends a few months back but I didn't asked her out since she was so hot (chinita) that I was so afraid of being rejected or busted. Anyways, during those time I started to develop assertiveness and never worried whether I would fail or not. I asked her to go out with me and watch a concert of Parliament Syndicate, I even remembered it was the Fourth of July.

She said yes, and I was so excited. I forgot where we had dinner (it was a fastfood joint, Jobee or Chowking), then we went to the concert in Grand Convention.

During the concert, I opened up my feelings to her... and she was speechless. I asked permission to put my arms around her shoulder and she said yes. (kilig). After the concert, we had snacks in Dunkin Donuts Fuente, and we had a chat about the concert, she asked me about my feelings for her and what was my plans in the future. It was a nice conversation since she was open minded. She said she would still like to think about it, and it was okay if I court her.

Thereafter we drove to her boarding house and she said goodnight. It was so magical and exciting for me then, it seems that this would be the first time I will have a girlfriend.


Then on monday... (2 days later), she beeped me on my pager and asked me to call her as soon as I was not busy. I was so excited when...

Kay ang sitwasyon gud ato, ang iyang amiga/classmate, naay gusto nako sa una... Kaso lang dili pako kabalo manguyab ato, sige rako ligaw-tingin... Nasuko nako, naa pod koy amigo ge underground ko, iya to gesugot.

Mao to dili daw siya gusto ug gubot, mao to ge basted nalang nuon ko.

Anyways, okay raman pod kay a few weeks after, naka uyab man pod ko ug chinita nga engineering.
