karon.. dili na ka-ayo nako feel.. maybe because wala na kayo flag gi display.. maybe because nag trabaho nako karon ug daghan nako gikabusyhan.. maybe because khbaw nako sa reality ug unsa kapait ang life sa pinas.. im not so sure.. sauna proud ko na dugay na kayo "independent" ang Philippines.. pero pag adto nako sa SG and I knew they are a very young country. 30 plus years man siguro.. dili na nuon ka-ayo ko proud.. heheheh

Am I proud to be a Filipino? ofcourse! Am I proud of what some Filipinos are doing to the Philippines? hmmm..

We need to celebrate our independence with hope and patriotism. Even though, there are lot of problems in the Government, still need to be thankful that we are in the democratic world where we can do anything. Just like doing my own fashion and my own trends.

And most of All, the Type of Government a Country have is a REFLECTION on what its People are Like..

They (our greedy ancestors) shouldn't have asked for Independence when the whole country was in ruins (referring to post WW2 independence).. *sigh*

I don't feel freedom here. The situation we're in right now is getting worse every year. I'm proud being a Filipino and part of the nation, but I'm not proud of what we're doing to our country.
