Entrepreneurs are already sub-contracting almost everything to the factories of china because it's cheap and hassle-free (no SSS, no Phil-health, no Union, no CBA, no rally...) though the problem is we have to constantly check the quality.
wage increase means less jobs for filipinos because it is really cheaper to sub-contract the job to factories overseas. and many of the store are being automated and equiped with security cameras and machines that makes transaction fast. so there is less and less need for human workers when machines can also do the job well.

There are categories in their wage charts. and it depend on whether one is a casual employee or a regular one. it also depends on the size of the business and the type of business.
