Shimiyu...you always have a good question thanks man.. well the general said the solutions are all in the Book " Leveling the Playing Field its out now. And by the way it cannot be dscribe by one paragragh and it will take us the whole 2007 writing to this forum and debating about it. I really wish i can answer more but its not my book, thats Gen. Almonte's and after the interview it just shock me about how innocent we are about this things. Thats why im sharing it to you...

all i could say is.. if this country is run by people alone though elites are also people i wouldnt wonder if mag mosamot ta ug ka gubot. ordinary people don't posses that strong will or don't posses the ethos to lead. this elites were not there becuase of money. they utilized their brains to get money and attain money.
they've mastered the art of 90/10 principle of which ordinary people like most of us can't master. these people has the principle of which can surpass any threats and test while most ordinary people don't have any principle in life and if they do just to survive.
elites can surely lead while ordinary people can not. they are not just elites because of money and power but rather BRAINS! u can't be like them if your just an ordinary neanthertal whose just contented of what your output are for that day or for the days to come. and the way I see it? life in general has never been fair but if your optemistic then everything is fair... 90% of what can happen is controled by US and 10% is uncontrolable.. thats for sure..
1. cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset among the massesOriginally Posted by shimiyu
2. promote financial literacy ~ learn how to make money work for us, and not just us working for money. the rich have always learned how to make money and time work for them

This is what i love so much about the Declaration of Policy of our 1987 Constitution. i bet this has been the basis of this thread
"The Philippines is a democratic and republican state, sovereignty resides with the people and all government authority emanates from them"
well at prima facie, it will be understood as a government run by the people... but not necessarily a STATE run by the people.
we should therefore consider the type of economy we have... We are a Capitalist kind of economy right? if your economy classes serve you right then you will know what a Capitalist country is?! investors, and the likes... in the face of the elitists pumps blood into our system
