in addition to what C'thultu said...theoritically, Gunstores nowadays will not sell a firearm to you...NOT UNLESS...you have acquired the LTOP (License to Own and Possess) which...is the bone of anger ...because for now, this will require you to do this in Camp Crame...

Last week and this week, there are a series of consultative meetings conducted by the Senate TWG (technical Working group) on the possible revisions, clarifications on this LTOP ...one of which is its...DECENTRALIZATION...

Ok, last week, the PNP regional command here in cebu in a press releases stated that renewals can now be done..under the auspices of the PNP Regional command in the local Fessags office...note, the Fessags office in Cebu USED TO BE, not under the Regional Command, but a national unit....

Anyway....I hope if ever there are those that have tried it recently...what goes on there nowadays can share their experiences...

because, shortly after the TRO was issued by the S.C....the old CSG office behind white gold remains....lonely...and those tasked to receive renewals do so....by accepting your payment and forms....and still send it to manila hehehe...

some days ago...their interpretation and compliance to the TRO was.....yes indeed "accepting" renewal payments and forms but actually still sent to manila...

and since this intramurals of action moved quite fast...with old familiar faces starting to be reassigned back to CEbu (they were ordered to pack up and leave remember)...we hope for a better...understandble....processes...

CONGRATULATIONS TO KOWALCZYK.....for finally...bagging not just one..but two trophy's during the last....3RD COMMANDERS CUP SHOOTFEST, in Blue Eagles Sports Club IDPA match.

Finally Harold, winning the elusive trophy in shooting....now, start building that glass estante to display the trophies....with your skill....Im sure there are more awards coming your way in future matches

didto ko csg office luyo sa white gold last april, pa renew ako map1. gi dawat nila ang papers, ug payments, then tagaan ka nila photocopy sa insurance ug firearm bond... then waiting mode... ingon to taga csg nga 2-3 months dw una ma mail ang license. then ingon pd to sila nga air21 dw ang courier.
