To my fellow Oponganons, as almost all of us know, the traffic condition near Gaisano Grand Mall is still bad. As courtesy of Mayor Radaza, a carousel system might properly mitigate the traffic just near to that mall, which would mean:
Motorists from Barangay Basak would be diverted to the Sudtunggan rd. going to a road connecting the entry of a subdivision and exiting the PTT gas station.
Additionally, it'd give the motorists smoother access (to Marigondon/Agus road) as well as a traffic light system might be installed.
So, do anyone of you here agree that this is an improvement of traffic throughout Lapu-lapu City?
