    karon 3days pako wala mag smoke galaen ako lawas ubo ug sipon.lami ipa massage.tungod kaha ni sa withdrawal sa tobacco, or na timing r sad.anyway 6mos. pako nag smoke sad

    Once mu quit ka ug dugay2 dle nmn mangita imong lawas ug nicotine pero ug makasmoke lang gane kag balik bisan 1 stick lang, papas tanan nimo panahon nga niquit ka kay mas mugrabe na noon ka smoker. Been there, done that and I'm never going back.

    I tried to stop smoking before. I attempted to stop smoking bec. my girlfriend does not like the smell of it and the smell of it irritates her.
    Basically what I kept in mind was the most hardest part was to survive for 3 days w/out smoking. If I could manage to survive 3 days w/out smoking than eventually I wont be craving for a cigarette again.
    A friend told me that the most challenging part is surviving for 3 days.
    I was able to stop for 2 weeks. But due to stress at work and school I went back to smoking.
    I do have a plan to quit again but not now since my girlfriend allows me to smoke

    To substitute my crave I used bubble gum and toothpicks and went to the gym for cardio. I felt slight withdrawals such as dry throat and dizzyness but after the 3 days it completly went away. And I felt healthier during that time, my lips turned red , my teeth became whiter. And I was confident to talk to people w/out them complaining about my nicotine breathe Gosh I wish work and school wasnt so stressful

    ako gibuhat kay sige kaon chewing gum kanang mint flavor. kung mangita na ko ug sigarilyo, pansak dayon ug chewing gum balik. di ko lamian manigarilyo wyl nag kaon or kanang bag.ong labay sa chewing gum. ako gi-anad nga ingani and luckily naka adapt na ko, from 20 sticks a day down to 6-8 max nalang and will be quitting soon..

    the easiest way to quit smoking? stop buying cigarettes. plus i saved 1800 php per month. sulit kau for akong lawas. two in one.

    ang first few days ra man lisud pero pangita lang ug lingaw like lakaw2 hantod di na ka magpangita imagina pd pila imung ma save kung mu quit kag smoke hehe
