    Take Centrum, ts. Then get some sleep. For me, 5 hours of sleep is already sufficient. Sure jud ko ana nga dili ko magluya.

    I take stresstabs if kapoy na jd kaayo. Daily vitamins lang kay Conzace. I think maayo pud ang Berocca

    Personal experience k sickly ko before, I took Centrum and Sangobion.
    Big help sya especially when you're doing a lot of things throughout the
    day. Downside is Cge Lang ka gutomon lols

    Pero couple it with balanced diet and exercise so you won't feel sluggish.

    hahahaha nag centrum ko.. twice a day... im 85kgs.. okay ra siguro ni nga dosage.. heheheheh

    energy kaayo.. sahay 24hour days pa..

    downside? prime gutom!! nah! hahahahahaha okay rah... daot man kha ka.. dili raka mag problema anang mo gain ug weight.. heheh

    hahaha abtika pero kabasa ko karon lng jd boss sa side effects sa centrum, nausea, diarrhea, ug constipation kuno among other things nka suway mo ani?
